摘要: The MDM2 SNP309 has been associated with increased expression of the protein which could suppress p53 function, and shown to modulate risk cancer. We have previously that overexpression is a common event in oral cancers. In present study, we determined association between polymorphism cancer 207 patients 116 normal subjects. genotyped by PCR-RFLP. Logistic regression was adapted calculate odds ratios for from univariate multivariable adjusted models. Our results suggest does not confer (OR = 1.55, 95% CI 0.77-3.11). However, GG/TG genotype later disease onset women above 55 years age. Collectively, our data suggests may modifier age at years.
