摘要: Abstract Raising zebrafish from larvae to juveniles can be laborious, requiring frequent water exchanges and continuous culturing of live feed. This task becomes even more difficult for small institutions that do not have access the necessary funding, equipment, or personnel maintain large-scale systems usually employed in husbandry. To open this opportunity smaller institutions, a cost-efficient protocol was developed culture Nannochloropsis feed halophilic, planktonic rotifer Brachionus plicatilis; rotifers were then used raise larval juveniles. By using these methods, easily embryos manner without need establish an extensive fish-raising facility.
