摘要: Abstract Three new taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Japanese yew, Taxus cuspidta. Their structures established as 5α, 13α-diacetoxy-taxa-4(20), 11-diene-9α, 10β-diol (1), 7β,13α-diacetoxy-5α-cinnamyloxy-2(3→20)-abeo-taxa-4(20),11-diene-2α,10β-diol (2), and 2α,10β,13α-triacetoxy-taxa-4(20),11-diene-5α, 7β,9α-triol (3)respectively on basis 1D 2D NMR data.
