Using a task/method paradigm for knowledge sharing and professional training in a community of practice

摘要: This paper proposes a platform model to support teachers' professional development in Web 2.0 approach. The goal is enable teachers describe their practice and exchange on it with other members of the community, allowing construct improve own by analyzing different existing practices. For elicitation we use task/method paradigm continuous process driven exchanges between users (asking for more details or particular cases). Those practices are then capitalized into individual memories. based through community which supposes good matching members. In this way manage profile each member favoring knowledge dissemination (pushing right person).
