摘要: TR2 (TNFR-related 2, HVEM, or TNFRSF-14), a member of the TNFR family, is involved in number immune responses. While expressed on surface T cells during resting state, little known regarding how expression gene regulated. To understand mechanisms regulating cells, we analyzed 5' flanking region TR2. We identified an important for activity promoter using site directed mutagenesis. Using EMSA analysis, found that IRF-2 was bound to state EL-4 cells.
