摘要: The use of synthesized natural starches for the sizing process in fabric production is primarily an environmental contribution. Synthesized corn starch environmentally friendly and productive, showing good results cotton yarn sizing. Acrylamide (AA) 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) were applied grafting starch, initiators azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), potassium persulfate (KPS), benzoyl peroxide (BP) chosen to form grafted monomers more effectively. application has been confirmed, especially with AIBIN initiator HEMA onto starch. FTIR analysis confirmed that new efficient products yarns based on raw material (corn) developed. research showed improved physical-mechanical properties abrasion resistance reduced surface hairiness. Ultrasonic desizing a lower size concentration led better than by washing, Tegewa numbers was successful.
