Superparamagnetism in CuFeInTe3 and CuFeGaTe3 alloys

摘要: The temperature dependencies of DC magnetic susceptibilities, χ(T), CuFeInTe3 and CuFeGaTe3 alloys were measured in a SQUID apparatus using the protocol field cooling (FC) zero FC (ZFC). curves both samples reflect weak ferromagnetic (or ferrimagnetic) behavior with nearly constant value χ(T) range (2–300 K) indicating that critical temperatures (Tc) are >300 K. ZFC diverges from FC, showing irreversibility (Tirr) ∼250 K for >300 K CuFeGaTe3, suggesting we dealing cluster-glass systems superparamagnetic state.
