摘要: Abstract Thermal denaturation experiments were carried out on solutions of formaldehydefixed T2 bacteriophage and purified DNA at low salt concentrations. Measurements the flow birefringence, ultraviolet absorbance, sedimentation velocity indicated that tertiary structure internal remains intact even temperatures up to 20 ° higher than melting temperature free under comparable conditions.
