High-power Ho-doped all-fiber superfluorescent source pumped by a 1150 nm Raman fiber laser

摘要: A broadband superfluorescent source based on 2 m long Ho-doped fiber and a 1150 nm high-power Raman laser is reported. The optical spectrum of the spans range from 1930 to 2110 nm. maximum output power 1.5 W, spectral full width at half-maximum about 30 nm. Two peaks are generated in an when beyond ∼200  mW.
