摘要: Abstract In this study, the effects of several surfactants (Pb, Bi, and Ag) on homoepitaxial growth Fe(100) were studied compared. The reflection high-energy electron diffraction measurements clearly reveal that these enhance layer-by-layer Fe an Fe(100)– c (2 × 2)O reconstruction surface. dependence surfactant layer thickness suggests there exists a suitable amount induces smoother growth.
