摘要: Abstract Spontaneous micelles formation by ionic surfactants has been detected amperometrically as an appearance of ion transfer across the water–dichloroethane interface noticed from linear dependence between current and potential (Ohm’s law). At low surfactant concentrations, when its spontaneous aggregation does not occur, facilitated a registered. The redox inactive proteins through in presence observed voltammetrically. It shown, that protein affect thermodynamics formation, but accelerates kinetics interface. electrochemically controlled liquid|liquid may lead to development methods for direct amperometric detection biomolecules.
