摘要: Swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) virus (S-OIV) was identified as a new reassortant strain of in April 2009 and led to an pandemic. Accurate timely diagnoses are crucial for the control disease. We developed localized surface plasmon coupled fluorescence fiber-optic biosensor (LSPCF-FOB) which combines sandwich immunoassay with LSP technique using antibodies against hemagglutinin (HA) proteins S-OIVs. The detection limit LSPCF-FOB recombinant S-OIV H1 protein estimated at 13.9 pg/mL, is 10(3)-fold better than that conventional capture ELISA when same antibodies. For clinical isolates measurement, meanwhile, platform calculated be 8.25 × 10(4)copies/mL, compared 2.06 10(6)copies/mL ELISA. Furthermore, comparison A/B rapid test, almost 50-fold PBS solution 25-fold lower mimic solution, used nasal mucosa from healthy donors diluent. findings this study therefore indicate high sensitivity specificity make it potentially effective diagnostic tool infection has potential applied development other microbe platforms.
