摘要: In this research a DNA aptamer, which was selected through SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment) to be specific against the H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV), used as an alternative reagent monoclonal antibodies in impedance biosensor utilizing microfluidics flow cell and interdigitated microelectrode for detection AIV. The gold surface embedded modified using streptavidin. biotinylated aptamer then immobilized on electrode biotin–streptavidin binding. target captured surface, causing increase magnitude. aptasensor had time 30 min with limit 0.0128 hemagglutinin units (HAU). Scanning electron microscopy confirmed binding onto surface. no cross-reaction other subtypes AIV (e.g., H1N1, H2N2, H7N2). newly developed offers portable, rapid, low-cost current methods same sensitivity specificity.
