摘要: Abstract Thiouracil (TU) is a representative of group thyreostatics, orally active drugs that can be used to increase the weight cattle before slaughter. The use thyreostats in animal production has been banned European Union since 1981. Systematic detection low concentrations thiouracil urine livestock acknowledged endogenous origin due Brassicaceae plants diet. purpose study was determine effect diet enriched with rapeseed meal on contents calves. Two groups calves different age were subjected rapeseed-supplemented First (n = 6, 6 months) received maximum authorized content (30%) diet, second (n = 2, 2 months) after adaptation solid food and rapeseed, exceeding recommended dose 10%. During experiments, samples faeces collected analyzed by using accredited LC-MS/MS method. allowed did not influenced concentration calves' (
