摘要: Treatment of pelvic osteolysis after total hip arthroplasty (THA) remains controversial. Clinical and radiographic outcomes revision THA were evaluated in 62 hips with well-fixed cementless cups. The patients' mean age was 50.9 years, the interval from primary to 9.7 years. For revision, cups used 51 hips, cemented 11 acetabular reinforcement rings 9. duration follow-up 5.9 years (range, 3.0-9.7 years). At final follow-up, average Harris Hip Score 92.4, there no complication except for 1 change inclination. Revision showed favorable outcomes, it can be preferentially young patients.
