摘要: The fabrication methods and the basic properties of metal-oxide nanostructures referred as nanowires are presented reviewed in this paper, with particular emphasis to electrical optical their useful implementation for chemical biochemical sensing. field sensors has benefited by wealth highly crystalline produced physical methods. Large variation bulk conductivity, structural stability upon high temperature operation, degree ordering, large impact point defects surface states have unveiled potential sensing opened up new perspectives application realization novel device architectures. This paper will summarize various techniques preparation characterization; then, growth mechanisms working principles be discussed. Finally, challenges that is currently facing signify expansion.
