摘要: Abstract Animals that produce their own light have fascinated the layman and scientist alike since ancient Chinese Greek writers first described them. The chemical reactions responsible for this are now being harnessed by research clinical scientists to provide a uniquely sensitive tool studying chemistry of living cells exploiting new techniques biotechnology application medicine.
