Absolute QoS signalling and reservation in optical burst-switched networks

摘要: Recently, some absolute QoS schemes have been proposed to offer quantitative loss guarantees at core nodes in OBS networks. By moving the admission control process nodes, which most updated information about their own traffic conditions, these can provide reliable and robust per-link guarantees. However, issue of how edge-to-edge for burst flows over entire paths not investigated any proposals. In this paper, we propose a signalling reservation scheme coordinate teardown path model. The key idea is judiciously divide requirement into series small probabilities that are allocated intermediate links. performance evaluated through simulation.
