摘要: Abstract In aggregation for data envelopment analysis (DEA), a jointly determined aggregate measure of output and input efficiency is desired that consistent with the individual decision making unit measures. An impasse has been reached in current state literature, however, where only separate measures have resulted from attempts to technical radial models commonly employed DEA. The latter are “incomplete” they omit non-zero slacks, thus fail account all inefficiencies model can identify. Russell eliminates deficiency but difficult solve standard formulations. A new approach become available, which utilizes ratio place Referred as an enhanced graph (ERM), resulting form fractional program. Hence, it be transformed into ordinary linear programming structure generate optimal solution corresponding ERM model. As shown this paper, then formed properties considered desirable measure—including represent estimates efficiency. Much paper concerned both system-wide Weighting systems introduced extend efficiency-based cost, revenue, profit, well derivatives such rates return over cost. penultimate section shows how one also generates solutions other objectives include cost total profit. This accomplished efficiency-adjusted versions these used performance.
