摘要: Extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH) refers to occurring outside the medulla of bone. It may be physiologic or due pathological conditions like hematopoietic disorders. EMH can involve liver, spleen, thorax, and lymph nodes. paraspinal tissues with extension involvement spinal canal. In our case, diagnosis was confirmed by history patient stating underlying hematological condition magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings showing large soft tissue masses in areas canal leading cord compression.
