摘要: Abstract The Policy Integration Theory enhanced the role plays by Antarctica in stabilizing planetary raising temperature due to global warming from negative impact of urbanization activities through Antarctic Treaty 1959 and Madrid Environmental Protocol 1991. Today, this theory becomes a compromise used reinforcing State standard on environmental protection policy which previously governed economic actors. This adopted international initiated science diplomacy be practised activated voluntarily their quest for better quality life subjects. Malaysia is example achievement.
