摘要: Abstract Migration of protein between cytoplasm and cell nucleus during different periods interphase has been studied in mouse fibroblasts vitro (L-cells) by a combination autoradiographic time lapse cinematographic methods. After pulse incubation 10 min 3 H-leucine, the cells were incubated H-leucine-free medium for various lengths time.
