摘要: Background Previous studies have demonstrated that white matter (WM) lesions bias automated brain tissue classifications and cerebral volume measurements. However, filling WM using the intensity of neighbouring normal-appearing has been shown to increase accuracy measurements in brain. In present study, we investigate influence on cortical thickness (CTh) measures assessed impact lesion both cross-sectional/longitudinal global/regional CTh multiple sclerosis (MS) patients.
