摘要: Abstract In this article redistribution in the EU and fiscal transfers between member states are analysed. Which countries beneficiaries, which contributors, what factors affect countries' net balances? Fiscal among partially explained by differences economic prosperity, as well institutional features that favour smaller members. The budget is redistributive both on revenue expenditure side. Smaller can use their overrepresentation Council to obtain more benefits than level of development alone would justify. Yet, effect not discernible side budget. Overrepresented able ‘extra’ voting power reduce share costs. This finding probably relatively simple rules govern financing
