摘要: Relevance of the study was determined by constant changes in structure acute chemical poisonings, so doctors should quickly make a decision about administration antidotes or means pharmacological correction, especially prehospital phase. To speed up decision-making process regarding cause accident and type toxicant, syndromologic approach is widely used toxicological centers around world. The aim this to examine summarize modern approaches practical application major toxic syndromes (toxidromes) physician’s practice. Material methods. We have studied syndrome classifications practice toxicologists USA, countries European Union, Russian Federation over past 30 years. Results discussion. Since mid-1970s, diagnosis concept toxidrome that reflects nature extent transmitter body under influence one more substances. Determination basic toxidromes (adrenergic, anticholinergic, cholinergic, opioid, sedative-hypnotic serotonin ones) allows promptly begin syndromic treatment, which many cases poisonings matches pathogenetic one. Syndromologic accelerates making on choice antidote drug for correction functional disorders, important Conclusions. Today, introduction scientific phase using into training programs pre- postgraduate emergency physicians Ukraine important.
