摘要: Toxidromes aid emergency care providers in the context of patient presenting with suspected poisoning, unexplained altered mental status, unknown hazardous materials or chemical weapons exposure, overdose. The ability to capture an adequate exposure history and recognize toxidromes may reduce dependence on laboratory tests, speed time delivery specific antidote therapy, improve selection supportive practices tailored etiologic agent. This article highlights elements presents selected that be caused by toxic industrial chemicals weapons. Specific antidotes for points regarding their use, special measures, are presented.
