摘要: Warehousing has been traditionally viewed as a non-value-adding activity but in recent years number of new developments have meant that supply chain logistics become critical to profitability. This paper focuses specifically on order-picking which is key factor affecting warehouse performance. Order picking the operation retrieving goods from specified storage locations based customer orders. Today’s warehouses face challenges for greater responsiveness orders require more flexibility than conventional strategies can offer. Hence, dynamic allow changes pick-lists during pick cycle attracted attention recently. In this we introduce an interventionist routing algorithm optimising routes. The tested using set simulations industrial case example. results indicate under range conditions, proposed outperform both static and heuristic algorithms.
