摘要: The last twenty years have seen remarkable strides in understanding of the anatomy and function noradrenergic dopaminergic components central nervous system. discovery mapping noradrenaline brain (Vogt, 1954), apart from giving impetus to work this field, also indicated what functions might serve by revealing its distribution. Dopamine is present, mainly corpus striatum median eminence. distribution amines was given meaning terms neuronal pathways use fluorescence microscopy (Dahlsteom Fuxe, 1965; Hillakp et al., 1966). Nigro-striatal tubero-infundibular dopamine neurone systems were described as well ascending descending pathways. A further sophistication development substances which interfered with either breakdown or synthesis catecholamines, so increasing depleting stores. That there sites selectively responsive catecholamines became evident iontophoretic micro-electrode studies.
