Factors influencing the web access behavior in the workplace: a structural equation approach

摘要: As more and organizations provide employees access to the Web, level of abuse is on rise. Structured equation modeling was used examine antecedent perceptual factors impacting accessing work-related Web sites personal-related in work environment. The results indicate that management support, experience perceived ethical beliefs have a significant negative influence, while self-training enjoyment had positive influence access.
