摘要: The recent proliferation of inter-firm collaborative linkages within the container port industry is progressively shaping a complex architecture voluntary ties among terminal operators, i.e. an inter-organizational network. Within overall network, some stable groups densely interconnected firms emerge suggesting existence “cliques” where repeatedly cooperate with each other and develop strong durable ties. growing pressure exerted by economic uncertainty market volatility on clique stability stimulates fruitful academic debate survival its determinants. present contribution investigates social instrumental antecedents survival, focusing equity joint ventures engaged operators in 10-year time frame (2002–2011).
