摘要: Abstract About one monolayer of Ti 3+ species is detectable at the surface reduced SrTiO 3 (111) single crystals by XPS and UPS. O 2 , H have been adsorbed in dark decrease on concentration has monitored as a function gas exposures. Subsequent band gap illumination partially restores initial cases exposures but not case O. The photogeneration oxygen covered associated with photodesorption indicated UPS measurements give evidence for hydroxylation resulting from water hydrogen adsorption. activity stoichiometric crystal face adsorption very low when compared samples.
