摘要: Abstract Nursery treatment with efficient microbial inoculants, using vermicompost as rooting medium, is not popular technique and underutilized for the management of complex root diseases (involved phyto-pathogens: Fusarium, Ralstonia Meloidogyne) Coleus forskohlii. To find a probable profound solution above problem we designed an experiment to study potential bioinoculants AM fungus nursery treatment, where was added inoculants multiplying effective disease C. forskohlii higher yield, forskolin content also sustain health soil. (cuttings forskohlii) treated Pseudomonas monteilii (PM) Glomus intraradices (GI) showed maximum control efficacy root-rot/wilt (complex disease) improved growth, yield attributes in plants. The bioinoculant P. (strain CRC1) (G. intraradices) thus proved be potent/novel antagonist can better utilised biological under organic field conditions.
