摘要: Rationale and Objectives The aim of this study was to determine the accuracy reproducibility low-dose computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance (MR) for abdominal adipose tissue quantification on phantom human studies. Materials Methods An adiposity (with known internal/external oil volumes) scanned at three different tube voltages (140, 120, 90 kVp) using a 16-detector row CT scanner imaged T1-weighted spin echo MR sequence. For studies, whole-volume coverage abdomen obtained (at 140 imaging from five obese male volunteers (mean age, 40.6 years; mean body mass index, 30.2). volumes total, visceral, subcutaneous tissues (TAT, VAT, SAT, respectively) were calculated independently by two radiologists each scan computer-aided semiautomatic program. Results estimated radiation dose could be reduced approximately 75% with 90-kVp protocol as compared 140-kVp protocol. Phantom studies showed that there no statistically significant difference between four methods in estimating percentage predicted true (measurement errors P > .05). In we found TAT, SAT ( Inter- intraobserver reproducibilities volume estimates better than those (κ 0.9 versus 0.4–0.5; coefficient variation Conclusion Low-dose provides accurate reproducible measurement relevant reduction.
