摘要: Malet med denne undersokinga var a samanlikna den bakteriologiske kvaliteten, inkludert forekomsten av visse patogen, okologisk dyrka salat gjodsla ulike typar storfegjodsel. Feltforsok isbergsalat ( Lactuca sativavar. Crispum, ’Iglo’) vart utfort i 2001 og 2002. Behandlingane blautgjodsel, fastgjodsel, kompostert storfegjodsel mineralgjodsel. Provar jord, gjodsel, oppalsplantar, dei ytre blada salatplantane (i 2002) analysert for indikatorbakteriar fekal forureining (termotolerante koliforme bakteriar (TKB) Escherichia coli), E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp. L. monocytogenes. Det funne statistisk sikker forskjell mellom behandlingane mengde TKB men det ikkje noko bakteriologisk kvalitet pa ved hausting. I 2002 O157:H7 blautgjodsel jord fastgjodsel ei veke etter gjodsling.
