摘要: Aim:  To investigate the bacteriological quality, and occurrence of selected pathogenic bacteria from organically grown Iceberg lettuce fertilized with bovine manure in form compost, firm slurry a 2-year field trial. Methods Results:  Samples soil, fertilizer, seedlings were analysed for aerobic plate counts (APC), thermotolerant coliform (TCB), Escherichia coli, E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp. Listeria monocytogenes. No difference quality could be shown at harvest, however, APC varied significantly year to study. The various treatments gave different numbers TCB isolated soil. O157:H7 was slurry, soils respective fertilizers second year, but not recovered lettuce. Conclusions:  detected harvest after application types manure-based under Norwegian conditions. Significance Impact Study:  results may indicate that use does have considerable influence on organic lettuce. However, others suggested there is risk by using manure. There need more research field.
