摘要: We developed an enhanced green-emitting luciferase (ELuc) to be used as a bioluminescence imaging (BLI) probe. ELuc exhibits light signal in mammalian cells that is over 10-fold stronger than of the firefly (FLuc), which most widely reporter gene. showed produces strong primary and tissues it enables visualization gene expression with high temporal resolution at single-cell level. Moreover, we successfully imaged nucleocytoplasmic shuttling importin α by fusing intracellular These results demonstrate use allows BLI spatiotemporal far greater provided FLuc.
