摘要: The most common practice for disposal of dead bodies is inhumation in soil, which favours interactions with the surrounding environment and returns nutrients to life cycle. However, when burial ground located where hydrogeological, geological climatic conditions are not favourable process, contamination soils groundwater may occur, decomposition be inhibited, leading social, economic political problems. critical parameters assessing pollution potential a depth, formation, depth water table, density inhumations, soil type climate. Considering that, this paper presents an overview threat that cemeteries can pose, analysing discussing influence main variables causing environmental impacts public health risks.
