摘要: A novel class of planar reconfigurable directional couplers for intelligent system on package (SOP) RF front-ends is presented. Reconfigurability obtained by modifying the electrical parameters coupled lines so as to tune coupling ratio. switches such MEMS or PIN diodes can be used enable a wide range reconfigurability in very compact and low-loss device. The performance limitations coupler are discussed design equations provided. hardwired prototype microstrip technology has been manufactured. concept introduced, however, independent that fabricated microstrip, stripline coplanar configurations.
