Impact of Problematic Smartphone Use and Instagram Use Intensity on Self-Esteem with University Students from Physical Education.

摘要: Mobile devices are a revolutionary element that offer many possibilities, although they can also cause problems for users. This is the case with development of addictive behaviors affect personal well-being. The purpose this paper has been to analyze influence smartphone addiction and Instagram use intensity on self-esteem Physical Education students. A cross-sectional research design was adopted by applying an online survey sample undergraduate students (n = 385). results showed gender age were factors influenced problematic smartphone. In turn, there significant positive correlation between intensity. students’ highlighted. contrast, did not self-esteem. Finally, findings discussed, main implications study established, where physical education take special role in order avoid improper smartphones through sport.
