摘要: Single fibres dyed by indigo and its seven derivatives were measured microspectrophotometric examination of transmittance spectra in the ultraviolet-visible region (240-760 nm). Glycerin was most suitable embedding reagent for this measurement. Small intra-sample variation intensity single woollen observed, but relatively large inter-sample observed among obtained from different areas same textile. There no differences hmax, hmin position shoulders their spectra. This method applied to discrimination cotton vat dyes, such as which had similar structures. On basis spectra, these sample could be distinguished one another. It is a non-destructive compared with chromatographic dyestuff extraction methods; furthermore, utilization ultraviolet gave providing useful information evaluating fibre evidence.
