Controllable preparation of a novel epoxy/anhydride system with polyether - Polyester semi-interpenetrating structure and the excellent hydrothermal aging resistance properties

摘要: Abstract A novel polyether and polyester semi-interpenetrating cross-linking structure of epoxy/anhydride system catalyzed synergistically by anionic catalyst coordination was designed prepared to solve the hygrothermal aging problem traditional systems. The new network obtained from an with molar ratio 1.4:1.0 via a series esterification reaction epoxy anhydride copolymerization as well etherification self-polymerization composite Salen-Co BDMA. In networks, chains, its low polarity, multiple sterically hindered effect strong hydrolysis resistance, could effectively protect chains water molecule attack vastly improved resistance system. As result, cured resin had excellent hydrothermal properties, reductions in glass transition temperatures samples NaCl NaOH solutions at 60 °C for 28 days were only 2.9% 3.9%, while flexural strength retentions up 93.3% 88.4%. exhibited application preponderance large ship offshore fan blade composites preparation.
