摘要: Mild nutritional iron deficiency significantly reduced the severity of adjuvant induced joint inflammation assessed by histology, microfocal radiography, and subjective scoring. Other indices inflammation, such as increased levels serum acute phase reactants, characteristic pathological changes in inguinal lymph nodes, granuloma formation at site injection, were not different from those control animals. The level used did affect inflammatory response to a range irritants was sufficient suppress immune function. Both hypersensitivity reaction oxazalone lymphocyte tritiated thymidine incorporation normal. These observations support view that has selective influence on mediated inflammation.
