摘要: Rationale and Objectives The therapeutic response to radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) often is evaluated by comparing pre- post-RFA computed tomography (CT). However, judgment about whether an ablative margin, ie, 5–10 mm normal hepatic tissue, ensured sometimes difficult. aim this study assess the feasibility fusion images CT. Materials Methods HCCs (n = 20) sized 13 ± 5 (range, 4–23 mm) were included. For pre-RFA CT, arterial phase intravenous dynamic CT 17), arterioportography 2), arteriography 1) was used. Using automatic image registration software a manual segmentation technique 4), created in combination with (equilibrium CT). Results Automatic took approximately 2–3 minutes, respectively. Total time required for creation less than 10 minutes all cases. Fusion enabled easier understanding relationship between tumor zone, helping judge margin ensured. Conclusion considered feasible tool evaluation RFA therapy HCC.
