摘要: We present a method to increase the resolution and stability of /spl Sigma//spl Delta/ analog digital converters in which entire modulator is enclosed chopper-stabilization (CHS) structure. Simulations proposed architecture show that effects integrator opamp non-idealities (1/f noise, DC offset drift) digital-to-analog converter (DAC) even-order distortion harmonics are eliminated effect saturation reduced by up 27dB comparison existing designs. Finally, may be realized single-ended design enabling area-conservative circuit layouts.
