摘要: Abstract The phase diagram of the Re-Si system was reinvestigated by means high temperature methods analysis. We found several modifications to existing diagram. An extended rhenium solid solution (up 10 at.% Si) established with a rapid quenching technique. Within this terminal solution, superconducting transition increased from 1.7 5.2 K. corresponding “Re 5 Si 3 ” compound homogeneous at 33 Si. peritectically formed equiatomic decomposed eutectoidally 1650 °C and 1.5 ReSi 2 be off stoichiometric, occurring composition 1.8 .
