摘要: The polymerization initiator-containing solution obtained by mixing a specific perfluorodicarboxylic acid fluoride (A) with CsF in an aprotic polar solvent stirring to conduct reaction and thereby form initiator (B) then allowing the stand for not less than 72 hours at temperature of 0 30° C. A comprises (B′) solvent. process preparing perfluoropolyether polymerizing hexafluoropropylene oxide presence solution.
