摘要: A method for renaturation of proteins comprising adding to a solution denatured, chemically modified or reduced refolding buffer containing primary, secondary tertiary amine. Said has been applied, example, interleukin-4 and bovine pancreatic trypsin inhibitor (BPTI), wich were previously (i) solubilized in the presence guanidinium hydrochloride as chaotropic agent, (ii) subjected sulfitolysis.
