Use of cyclodextrins for protein renaturation

摘要: A method for renaturing a denaturated protein is provided comprising contacting solution or suspension of said denatured in detergent-free liquid medium with an amount cyclodextrin effective to renature protein, and optionally, recovering the renatured essentially pure form.
