摘要: Using bDNA, the plasma viral load trend of HCV-infected patients undergoing IFN therapy was analyzed. Nine were enrolled, each assigned to one three groups, based on response as determined by ALT and AST level trend. HCV genotyped using DEIA. Each patient's clinical stage liver biopsy analysis. In nonresponding elevated loads biochemical parameters observed. These values not influenced treatment. relapsed cessation treatment increased load; this associated with a rise in values. responders levels remained normal; low. Patients showed worsening their histology during follow-up period. results confirm that is good marker change disease progression.
