摘要: Dural arteriovenous fistulas are acquired lesions that usually involve the dura around cavernous sinus. The transverse, sigmoid, and superior sagittal sinuses may be affected occasionally. With exception of bilateral sinus dural fistulas, simultaneous occurrence at two locations is rare. Among 105 patients evaluated for we identified seven with sites. age ranged from 27 to 74 years. Presentation was related hemorrhage in three patients, loss vision four, a bruit headaches one. Patients were treated combined surgical endovascular techniques. All completely closed no mortality or permanent morbidity. presence multiple must considered being fistulas. present life-threatening hemorrhages acute neurologic decline; risk factor hemorrhages, including those venous outflow obstruction, high
